In August 2023, the New York Stock Exchange, part of Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. (NYSE: ICE), a leading global provider of data, technology, and market infrastructure, congratulates Windrose Technology on its successful fundraising and launching of zero-emission heavy-duty trucks initiative with Decathlon and Rokin Logistics. Previously Rokin Logistics has already made a strategic investment in Windrose as well as placed an order for up to 200 trucks, with delivery starting in 2024.

Previously, Windrose Technology has successfully completed its Series A fundraising which totaled hundreds of millions RMB. This round of fundraising is led by FountainVest and Yunqi Partners, followed by Hefei Innovation Scitech Venture Capital. Existing shareholders Rokin Logistics and GSR Ventures continue to increase their investment. Up to now, Windrose Technology has completed three rounds of fundraising in ten months.
